Ref J208/WWDC/C0166/2026

Build Relationships. Solve Challenges. Keep Aviation Moving.

Apply Here

Every aircraft in the sky depends on a reliable supply chain. Behind every successful maintenance operation is a trusted partner who can source the right materials, solve complex challenges and deliver with confidence.

Our client is an established aerospace materials and supply chain solutions provider supporting airlines, MROs, OEMs and aviation organisations across Asia. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to accelerate growth, develop strategic customer partnerships and unlock new business opportunities throughout the region.

Role Overview

This is more than a sales role. It is an opportunity to become a trusted solutions partner, helping customers overcome sourcing challenges with a comprehensive portfolio of aerospace materials and maintenance solutions. From specialty metals and structural materials to paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, chemicals, hardware, consumables and engineered supply solutions, you will work closely with customers to understand their operational needs and bring together the right products, technical expertise and supply chain capabilities to create lasting value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
