Regional Business Manager – Electronics / OEM Solutions

Field-Based | Oxfordshire & Midlands | Full-Time

A market-leading international electronics manufacturer is seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Manager to push forward continued growth across the UK market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically minded sales professional with experience in electronics, engineering, or OEM environments to join a respected business known for its quality, innovation, and long-term customer partnerships.


The Role

Your responsibilities will include supporting projects from initial concept through to full production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing sales and profitability across your allocated territory
  • Managing and developing multiple customer accounts
  • Driving project activity through design, specification, and production stages
  • Engaging with customers both remotely and in-person
  • Identifying and pursuing high-potential OEM opportunities
  • Conducting regular territory reviews and strategic account planning
  • Providing high-level technical and commercial account management
  • Managing long-term project sales cycles (6–24 months)
  • Taking full ownership of territory growth and performance

The Candidate

  • A degree-qualified candidate, preferably in Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in technical sales, electronics, OEM, or engineering environments
  • Preference for design-led sales experience
  • Ability to effectively engage with engineering, procurement, and technical decision-makers
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills
  • Energising, driven, and success-oriented personality
  • Analytical mindset with natural curiosity
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple engagements and long sales cycles
  • UK driving licence (full)
  • Willingness to travel nationally with occasional international assignments
