Regional Business Manager – Wound Care

We're partnering with a fast-growing international healthcare organisation to appoint a Regional Business Manager responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a successful sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business driven by innovation, patient outcomes, and continuous growth.

In this role, you'll take ownership of regional performance, drive commercial strategy, and work closely with healthcare stakeholders to expand market presence and deliver ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Create and execute strategic business plans that drive sales growth and market access success
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, feedback, and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and maximise regional growth potential
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum commercial impact
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with compliance and industry standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or wound care sales, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing field-based teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into effective business strategies and territory plans
  • Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across healthcare networks
  • Experience delivering against sales and market access objectives in a competitive healthcare environment
  • A strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with strong day-to-day execution
  • Passionate about developing people, driving performance, and building a high-performance culture
  • Resilient, commercially driven, and focused on delivering measurable results
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare market
  • Degree-qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience through a successful commercial career in healthcare
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and identify new business opportunities

Ideally Essex-based, with regular travel across the region.
