Regional Business Manager

At Accessorize, we believe great results start with great people. We're looking for an inspiring Regional Business Manager who can unlock the potential of our teams, create exceptional customer experiences and deliver outstanding commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of stores.

What you'll do
- You'll lead a region of approximately 45 stores, working closely with your Area Business Managers and Store Managers to build high-performing teams that are passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving ambitious results.
- You'll be a visible, hands-on leader who coaches with purpose, celebrates success, and provides clear direction to help every store reach its full potential. Through your leadership, you'll inspire teams to deliver commercial growth while bringing the Accessorize brand to life for every customer.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Regional or Area Manager within a fast-paced fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
- Believes that people are the key to commercial success and has a track record of developing high-performing leaders and engaged teams.
- Is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences that inspire loyalty, drive commercial performance and keep customers coming back.
- Thinks commercially, using insight and data to maximise sales, profitability and productivity.
- Leads with energy, confidence and authenticity, setting high expectations while supporting others to achieve them.
- Challenges the status quo, embraces change and continually looks for opportunities to improve performance.
- Builds strong relationships, communicates with impact and inspires others to achieve more than they thought possible.
