Overview
This is a high-impact field leadership role within the MedTech sector, responsible for driving commercial growth and new patient acquisition across London, the South East, and East Anglia through the strategic management and coaching of a regional sales team.

Main Purpose
To lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Territory Business Managers and Sales Associates to drive sales growth, market share, and new patient acquisition. The role focuses on strategic regional leadership, clinical account development, and navigating NHS pathways to secure commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop field-based sales teams; conduct regular performance and business reviews.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth.
- Secure new business and expand existing accounts across community and acute care settings via a referral-based model.
- Navigate NHS systems, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and prescribing processes to secure formulary inclusion and clinical guideline alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and key opinion leaders.
- Work with marketing, clinical, and regulatory teams to develop value propositions and provide market forecasting insights.
- Utilize CRM systems to track commercial reporting, analyze market data, and manage regional budgets.

Requirements
- Extensive medical device or healthcare sales management experience, ideally in consumables or chronic care.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing field sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets as both an individual contributor and manager.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, ICS/ICB frameworks, and market access pathways.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, data analysis, forecasting, and CRM proficiency.
- Full UK driving licence and fluency in English; willingness to travel across the territory and attend UK head office when required.
