Senior leadership role leading both sales and clinical teams across the Northern region

Join a growing UK medical device company supplying regulated products to the NHS and beyond

Genuine influence over regional strategy, with real scope to shape market growth

Ideal for an experienced sales leader ready to take on a broader, mixed sales and clinical remit

The Role

As Regional Business Manager, you will take full ownership of regional performance across sales and clinical delivery. You will lead and develop a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Nurse Advisors (7 and 3 respectively), ensuring the team is aligned to national strategy while consistently hitting commercial targets. Day to day, you will oversee business planning, CRM tracking and Quarterly Business Reviews, support your team with key account negotiations, and build strong relationships with procurement teams and clinical decision makers across the NHS. You will also play a role in identifying new business opportunities and feeding market insight back into product strategy. This is a field-based position with regular regional travel (roughly 3 to 4 days a week) and occasional national travel for meetings and conferences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
