Medicareplus International

Medicareplus International is a UK medical-device company specialising in barrier protection and wound-care products supplied to the NHS and international markets. We are a growing, fast-moving business where the supply chain sits at the heart of everything we do — getting the right regulated products to clinicians and patients, reliably and efficiently.

We’re looking for a Regional Business Manager for the North of the UK. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving regional performance across both sales and clinical functions. The RBM leads and develops a high-performing team of Clinical Nurse Advisors and Territory Managers, ensuring alignment to national strategy while delivering against commercial objectives.

This role is accountable for planning, executing, and optimising regional sales and clinical activities across the Medicareplus product portfolio, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), expanding market access, and increasing market share.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and manage daily performance for Territory Managers and Clinical Nurse Advisors, conducting regular reviews and fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members to build long-term capability, boost engagement, and establish strong succession planning within the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
