We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Regional Catering Manager to join our team in South London. Our Trust celebrates the diversity of our school community. We welcome visits to our schools.
Our Ideal Candidate Will
- Experience of managing staff.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a successful Kitchen Manager/Catering Manager position (or similar).
- Have suitable communication skills to all sections of the academy community both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required.
- Be able to manage multiple kitchens.
- Be able to lead and motivate staff.
- Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression.
- Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies.
- Experience in meeting monthly KPIs.
- Experience in driving sales and initiating marketing ideas.
