Our client is an international organization operating in the mobility and heavy equipment sector, with multi-country operations and a growing presence in East Africa.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization
- Define and implement policies for efficient financial resource management
- Ensure the structuring and optimization of financial support functions
- Develop sustainable financial processes supporting business growth
- Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements
- Support senior leadership in defining and executing the financial strategy

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with proven experience in financial management or leadership roles and strong proficiency in IT tools and financial systems. The role requires residency in Kenya, fluency in English. A solid understanding of the heavy equipment and mobility sector is essential.
