Position: Regional Cluster Manager

Location: Supporting Clusters in the North West Region

Job Type: Full-Time, 38.33 Hours per week

Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance

About the Role

Our Regional Cluster Managers play a vital role in developing our funeral brands and high-performing teams across a portfolio of funeral homes and supporting sites throughout the region. The role aids in achieving our vision:

To be the most trusted, respected, and valued end-of-life service provider in the UK.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional client service is central to our operations. We ensure clients feel confident in our ability to:

  • Understand and meet their needs.
  • Manage all their funeral arrangements.
  • Provide an environment where their loved ones are well cared for.

Operating as One Team guarantees a seamless service for our clients, with each colleague committed to:

  • Providing an efficient and effective funeral experience.
  • Maintaining high standards of service in all dealings.

The role includes developing and sustaining:

  • A collaborative, positive, and inclusive working environment.
  • Leadership in multiple brands and teams across multiple sites.
  • Strategic growth initiatives in the community.
  • Client-centric practices that deliver high service levels.

Key Expectations:

  • Previous multi-site management experience, leading multiple teams to success.

  • Ability to embed an inclusive work culture, fostering collaboration.

  • Expertise in operating within a regulated environment, ensuring cost and policy compliance.

  • Strong commercial acumen to implement growth strategies.

  • Ability to engage, mentor, and develop team members to drive results.

  • Strong organizational skills, agility, and the ability to manage change.

  • Agility to recognize and implement practices that enhance business success.

  • Site travel is part of the role, ensuring you must hold a full UK manual driving licence.

Requirements

  • UK Manual Driving Licence (Site travel is essential for this role).
  • Demonstrated capability in strategizing, operationalizing, and delivering performance growth.
  • Proven leadership with experience coaching and developing teams.
  • Passion for customer-centric care and delivering a dignified end-of-life service.
  • Aptitude to operate in a regulated, changing environment.
  • Strong networking and communication skills, both internally and within the community.
  • Efforts to improve business practices and operations through agile management.
