Description
The Commercial Executive plays a key supporting role within REFY’s Commercial Planning team.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining key trackers, pulling sales and stock data, and helping keep planning tools accurate and up to date.
You’ll work across both DTC and Retail channels, supporting on launches, promotions, reforecasts, and stock tracking.
This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with numbers, processes, and timelines.
You’ll support Regional and Senior Commercial team members, while starting to take ownership of your own weekly and monthly deliverables.
You’ll become confident working in Excel, Shopify, and internal reporting tools, learning how commercial planning works in a fast-paced beauty business.
You’ll collaborate regularly with teams across E-Com, Brand, CRM, PD, and Commercial Accounts.
Organisation is key - you’ll help ensure everything is in the right place at the right time.
You’ll also begin contributing insights and suggestions as you grow in confidence and understanding.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial trackers and planning documents across DTC and Retail
- Pull weekly and monthly sales and stock data to feed into forecasting and WSSI updates
- Support with campaign and promo planning, including sample tracking and timelines
- Input into planning documents for launches, trade calendars, and commercial reports
- Monitor SKU availability and stock coverage, flagging any issues to the wider team
- Assist with sales out (EPOS) data collation and formatting
- Work closely with Senior and Regional team members to support ongoing commercial planning
- Prepare presentations or visuals to support internal meetings or trade recaps
- Help manage the flow of information between teams, ensuring plans are aligned and clearly documented
- Maintain internal folders and planning tools to ensure everything is clean, accurate, and accessible
- Champion the REFY values and maintain a positive, can-do attitude across the team
- Stay curious and open - asking questions and learning how commercial decisions are made
- Lead on the DS Meetings and ensuring our deliveries are on time

Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- 2–4 years' experience in a commercial, merchandising, or data-focused role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel - confident with formulas, charts, and large datasets
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset - you enjoy working with numbers and understanding trends
- Familiarity with Shopify or retail reporting tools is a plus (but not essential)
- Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and proactive
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and take feedback onboard
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, commercially driven team
- Proactive, dependable, and excited to contribute to a growing business
