Elevations Engineering Services Division is supporting our market-leading building products manufacturing client in recruiting a driven and dynamic Customer Service Technician specialising in Kitchen Fitting to cover a Regional patch in the following postcode areas: YO, HU, WF, DN and LN.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Technician will play a critical role as part of the Customer Care Team, which is dedicated to providing excellent service to homeowners who have reported faults or damage to their newly installed kitchens.
The Customer Care Team is extremely well organised and takes care when booking your appointments to give you time to correctly solve issues, communicate with the customer, and perform corrective actions to provide a final fix.

Key Responsibilities
- Travelling to customer homes within your designated patch
- Problem solving, diagnosing issues, and fixing faults
- Liaising with the internal Customer Care Team, external Site Agents, and homeowners
- Checking stock in your storage unit and your van
Skills and Experience Required
- Kitchen fitting
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- CSCS Card
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels
- Have an excellent manner with customers
- Willing to work as part of a dynamic team
- A keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Professionally presentable at all times

The Customer Service Technician is a permanent role working flexibly Monday to Friday. You will be given a company van and all of the tools you need to do your job. There is an excellent salary and company benefits package on offer too!
