Regional Dealer Development Manager (South West- Field Based)

Having entered the market in 2025 with our first electric SUV, the Geely EX5, we’re continuing to grow rapidly as we build a nationwide dealer and service network. Job purpose: The Regional Dealer Development Manager (South West- Field Based) will support the prospecting and appointment of high-quality dealers in line with the defined network strategy. On an ongoing basis, the role will work closely with the Geely Auto UK dealer network to develop, monitor, and maintain performance standards across their assigned geography. Main responsibilities: Network Development: Prospect and evaluate new or existing dealer partners to deliver on the ideal network plan in line with the company’s growth strategy, partner requirements, and brand standards. Coordinate the franchise application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner for committee approval Lead the cross-functional onboarding process for new dealers from franchise approval through to site launch, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and key milestones are delivered on time. Ensure dealer compliance to brand standards and support implementation of the new Corporate Identity by providing feedback on required improvements and reporting on upgrade timelines. Effectively manage all franchising activities including appointments, change of ownerships, relocations and terminations as required. Collaborate with other Regional Dealer Development Managers and the central Network Development team to ensure consistency and alignment across the UK. Network Performance: Maintain accurate reporting on network status, dealer performance, onboarding progress, and site development pipeline within the assigned region. Conduct regular dealer meetings to engage and report on performance in relation to defined scorecard KPIs Where performance is not in line with expectations, set clear objectives for improvement and support the dealer in achieving those objectives in collaboration with other Geely Auto UK functional teams Monitor and maintain dealer P&L performance Support the sales targeting process with the Regional Sales Manager Education, Skills and Personal characteristics required: Appropriate automotive experience. Deep understanding of regional dealer development function. Existing good relationships with dealers within assigned geography.
