Hybrid/Luton
We are easyJet – a FTSE-250 listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.
We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
What makes us easyJet? Our Promise Behaviours – we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming and Challenging. Four Behaviours. One Spirit. One easyJet.
The Role
Are you ready to bridge the gap between cutting-edge tech and real-world airline operations?
As our Regional Delivery Manager, you will drive the successful rollout and operational readiness of airport technology products across easyJet’s high-availability network. Operating within a product-led delivery model, you will translate product roadmaps into real-world operational reality.
You will manage complex deployments across key domains like Ground Crew Enablement, Baggage Operations, and Departure & Compliance. This role balances technical change with operational safety, ensuring no disruption to day-of-operations performance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Deployment & Regional Delivery
- Lead end-to-end deployments of airport products across your assigned region.
- Translate strategic product roadmaps into actionable, localized regional delivery plans.
- Manage concurrent initiatives across multiple airports, suppliers, and tech teams.
- Enforce delivery governance, including milestone tracking, RAID management, and release processes.
Operational Readiness & Support
- Prepare airports for tech releases, ensuring infrastructure readiness and contingency planning.
- Prioritise operational stability over delivery timelines during critical operational windows.
- Act as the escalation point for deployment incidents, driving rapid resolution.
- Ensure a smooth transition from initial deployment into live service and IT support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
