Regional Development Manager (HF1334562)
Regional Development Manager (HF1334562) Location: North London Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + uncapped commission 1-stage in-person interview taking place 16th June.
The Opportunity We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to take ownership of regional growth and client development. This role offers a blend of autonomy and strategic influence, with the opportunity to expand market presence and build long-term partnerships.
The Role You will lead regional development activities, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional growth strategies Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service Meet and exceed sales and performance targets Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting Represent the business at client meetings and events
What We Are Looking For Proven experience in business or regional development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong commercial awareness Target driven and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Full UK driving license is essential
