Job Description
We’re looking for a Regional Digital & Data Hub Manager to shape, connect, and energize our Digital & Data hubs across the UK. This role sits at the intersection of community leadership, communications, engagement, and brand, ensuring our hubs operate as vibrant, inclusive environments that accelerate digital innovation, collaboration, and capability.
You’ll own the communications and engagement approach across multiple hubs, working closely with Digital & Data leadership, Comms & Engagement, HR, and Inclusion & Engagement teams. You’ll be highly visible in the business, travelling regularly to hubs, building trusted relationships, and creating opportunities for meaningful two-way engagement so that our people’s voices are heard and acted upon.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, enjoys travel, thinks creatively, and takes an insights-driven, action-oriented approach to engagement, culture, and brand.
Key Responsibilities
Regional hub leadership & operations
- Lead the day-to-day effectiveness of Digital & Data hubs across the UK, working with office leads, business support, and LifeAtPA reps, ensuring each hub champions collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of community.
- Act as the connective tissue between hubs and the Digital & Data leadership team, ensuring local insight informs wider strategy.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve hub experience, engagement, and ways of working using qualitative and quantitative insight.
Communications & engagement
- Own and deliver the Digital & Data hubs communications and engagement strategy, aligned to Stream priorities.
- Work closely with the Comms team to deliver high-quality communications using standard channels and formats, ensuring messages are concise, engaging, and relevant.
- Create opportunities for two-way engagement, enabling feedback loops between hub communities and senior leaders.
- Consult and collaborate with Digital & Data leaders to craft clear, compelling messages for hub-wide and regional communications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
