At Info-Tech Research Group, we believe exceptional performance comes from empowering exceptional people. We've built a culture where trust, flexibility, collaboration, and accountability aren't just values - they're how we work every day.

As a Regional Director for UK, you'll have the autonomy to build your business while being supported by experienced leaders, world-class analysts and advisors, and colleagues who are invested in your success. We value outcomes over micromanagement, encourage curiosity and continuous learning, and provide an environment where people can do their best work while maintaining genuine work-life integration.

This is more than a sales role. You'll partner with senior technology leaders within Info-Tech, helping some of UK/EMEA’s most influential organisations solve complex technology and business challenges. Backed by the fastest-growing research and advisory firm globally, you'll have access to practical research, experienced advisors, and proven methodologies that enable clients to execute - not just strategize.

Why Join Info-Tech?

  • Hybrid working, built on trust, autonomy, and accountability
  • The opportunity to work with CIOs and senior executives across some of UK/EMEA's most influential organisations.
  • A highly competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential.
  • Comprehensive benefits and ongoing investment in your professional development.
  • Annual global recognition trips for top performers (past destinations have included Turkey, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico).
  • You’ll be part of one of Info-Tech's highest-performing teams, where people, culture, and collaboration are every bit as important as results.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Director, you'll own and grow a strategic territory across UK/EMEA, partnering with technology and business leaders to help them solve complex organisational challenges.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Developing new executive relationships and growing Info-Tech's presence across the UK/EMEA market.
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle—from strategic prospecting through to negotiation, close, and ongoing account growth.
  • Leading consultative, value-based conversations with CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
  • Identifying client priorities and aligning Info-Tech's research, advisory, consulting, and diagnostic services to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Building and managing a healthy pipeline through proactive business development, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and executive engagement.
  • Delivering compelling executive presentations tailored to each client's strategic priorities.
  • Collaborating closely with our analysts, executive advisors, and subject matter experts to bring the right expertise to every client engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce.
  • Contributing market insights and client feedback to continuously improve our products, services, and go-to-market approach.
  • Continuing to develop professionally through coaching, collaboration, and ongoing learning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
