Multi-Site Operations | Commercial Leadership | P&L Ownership

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Director to join a growing, UK services business leading three established operating companies across the Southwest region. With responsibility for businesses generating around £8 million turnover, this is a senior leadership role with full accountability for commercial performance, operational excellence and financial delivery.

This is a business that is investing in growth and technology, looking for an exceptional leader who can build high performing teams, drive operational improvements and create long term value.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the UK Country Manager, you will take ownership of three operating businesses, leading experienced management teams while delivering ambitious commercial and operational objectives.

You will have the autonomy to challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the region. This role combines commercial leadership, people leadership and operational excellence, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving businesses while developing great teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Full P&L ownership across three operating companies
  • Delivering sustainable revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Driving operational performance and service excellence
  • Leading and developing regional leadership teams
  • Improving customer retention and commercial performance
  • Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Supporting business transformation, integration and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We're looking for an experienced senior leader who combines commercial awareness with operational excellence. You are likely to have experience leading multi-site, field based or service led operations with responsibility for significant budgets and geographically dispersed teams.

You will bring:

  • Proven P&L ownership
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience leading operational change and business improvement
  • A track record of growing revenue while improving margins
  • The ability to coach, inspire and hold leaders accountable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
