Regional Director

Regional Director – South of England

We are working with a growing, multi-site service business seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead and develop a key region across the South of England.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for commercial performance, operations, and people, offering the opportunity to drive significant growth and transformation within a well-established business.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a regional business unit, with responsibility for delivering sustainable growth, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing leadership team.

You will oversee multiple operational sites and lead both commercial and service delivery functions, ensuring consistent execution, strong customer outcomes, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
  • Driving revenue growth through new business, pricing strategy, and customer retention
  • Leading and developing multi-site operational teams
  • Improving service delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Managing and coaching a team of managers to deliver against KPIs
  • Strengthening pipeline performance, conversion, and commercial discipline
  • Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for regional expansion and improvement

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a commercially driven leader with a strong operational background and a track record of delivering performance across complex, field-based environments.

You will likely bring:

  • Experience in a regional, area, or multi-site leadership role
  • Proven ownership of P&L and financial performance
  • Background in service-led, operational or field-based businesses
  • Strong track record of delivering growth, efficiency, and margin improvement
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
  • A hands-on, results-driven leadership style
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

Location
