Regional Director

Regional Director - East Midlands

3-Day Working Week | £160,000 Pro Rata + Strong Bonus + Executive Package

What if you didn't have to choose between leading at the highest level and having more time for the things that matter most?

For years, we've talked about flexible working. But when it comes to executive operational leadership, genuine opportunities have been incredibly rare. This role changes that.

We're searching for an exceptional Regional Director to lead a major retail operation across the East Midlands, with responsibility for a region generating around £1bn in annual sales.

This isn't a step back. It isn't a transition role. It isn't a stepping stone back into work. And it isn't a route back to full-time leadership. It's a life choice.

This is a permanent executive opportunity designed around a 3-day working week for someone who has made a conscious decision about how they want to lead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
