The Opportunity

As Regional Director – Data Centers, you will take full strategic and operational ownership of the European Data Center business unit.

You will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening client partnerships, and building a world-class delivery platform capable of supporting some of the largest data centre programmes in Europe.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will:

  • Lead and expand the European data centre division, shaping strategy and driving long-term growth.
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with hyperscale clients, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee a portfolio of major data centre campus projects, ensuring exceptional delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and lead high-performing regional teams across multiple locations.
  • Identify new market opportunities and position the business for continued success.
  • Provide strategic insight and leadership across project delivery, operations, and business development.

This role will involve regular travel across Europe, visiting major project sites and engaging directly with clients and delivery teams.

You will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience within data centres, mission-critical construction, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
  • A background working for a leading General Contractor, EPC, or Project Management Consultancy.
  • A strong track record delivering complex, high-value data centre projects.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with global clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • The vision, energy, and leadership skills required to develop a successful business unit.
