Regional Director (Facilities Management)

Regional Director – Facilities Management London (regional travel required) Permanent, Full Time

ISS are now recruiting a Regional Director to join their growing Healthcare segment. This role will cover London and the surrounding region; it is a permanent, full time role.

As the Regional Director of the South, you will manage and own your own portfolio, and lead the leaders within this segment. You will own the development of your region in terms of customer, service delivery, business performance, safety, people engagement and continued sustainable growth. You will do this within the framework of the Reimagining Healthcare Strategy (RHS) which supports the NHS 10 year plan.

Key Responsibilities

Lead your portfolio of Key Account Managers/Key Account Directors or Key Account Portfolio Managers into taking full leadership of all accountabilities towards the customer including leadership of people and financial resources to maintain budgetary control and profitability (P/L). Control your portfolio’s strategic customer focus by ensuring that customer information is structured in a proper and easy assessable way in the CRM system and/or other ISS business tools and visible at portfolio level Lead, mandate and control the use the ISS Account Development Process and Plan within your region. Support your team in translating business insights and customer needs to relevant propositions and solutions Drive and monitor continuous stakeholder management to ensure that both customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders are all aligned on the customer promise with the account development plan as focal point Drive engagement by communicating in a tangible and concrete way to everyone

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience managing and growing a large portfolio, ideally within the Facilities Management industry Knowledge/experience of the Healthcare industry would be ideal, not essential Proven experience leading leaders - a natural leader and enjoys having responsibility of others, can sell to others Hard Services experience across critical environments would be ideal, not essential Experience working in a large matrix organisation with several stakeholders with differing expectations/needs and central service support Experience with budgeting, financial management, reporting and performance management
