Bright Horizons is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead a portfolio of nursery settings across Central/London. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving quality, performance, engagement, and sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop multi-site nursery management teams
  • Deliver people, performance, and growth strategies
  • Drive Ofsted compliance, quality, and safety standards
  • Partner with HR, Finance & Marketing on strategic initiatives
  • Embed a strong, values-led culture across the region

What we’re looking for:

  • Nursery and childcare experience in a similar role
  • Senior multi-site leadership experience (15+ sites)
  • Strong early years sector and Ofsted knowledge
  • Commercially astute with a track record of growth & performance
  • Confident leading change, developing leaders, and using data to drive decisions
  • Coaching / Mentoring and Leading a team
  • Financial savvy / budget management / growth experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Early Years Education
  • L3 Early Years Diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid Certificate - Paediatric
