Regional Director of Sales – North

Lead the Strategy. Win the Business. Shape the Future

We're looking for an ambitious Regional Director of Sales to drive growth across four unique hotels in the North. This is a role for someone who loves the buzz of securing major partnerships, inspiring people to achieve more, and turning opportunities into results.

You'll develop and execute regional sales strategies, inspire hotel-based sales teams, build influential partnerships, and identify new opportunities across corporate, meetings & events, leisure, group, and agency markets.

Working closely with General Managers, Revenue, Marketing, and wider commercial teams, you'll ensure each hotel is positioned for sustainable growth whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be someone who:

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

  • Knowledge of IHG, Accor, Best Western, or comparable hospitality brands.
  • Significant hotel sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success in managing multi-property or cluster sales performance.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial results.
  • Experience managing corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
  • Experience in coaching and developing successful sales teams.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
