Location: Essex, England Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum + car allowance
The Opportunity Compass Associates is partnering with a highly respected elderly care provider to appoint a Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of 8 residential and nursing homes across Essex.

The Role As Regional Director, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing operational, commercial, and quality performance across 8 homes.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to support Home Managers in delivering:
- Exceptional care standards
- Strong regulatory outcomes
- Sustainable operations
- Leading a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, focused on:

Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Regional Manager (or equivalent)
- Proven multi-site leadership in residential and/or nursing homes
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality improvement frameworks
- Track record of driving operational and commercial performance
- Passion for Home Manager development and building high-performing teams
- Full UK driving licence with ability to travel regularly across Essex
