Regional Director

Regional Director – East Anglia

Lead Change. Drive Performance. Deliver Growth.

Location: East Anglia (regional travel required) Package: Competitive salary + performance bonus + car allowance


About the Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Regional Director to lead our East Anglia region during an exciting period of growth and investment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, private equity-backed business, where you’ll:

The Role

As Regional Director, you’ll take full accountability for the commercial and operational success of the region. This includes:

  • Leading a geographically dispersed team,
  • Ensuring outstanding service delivery, and
  • Delivering sustainable business growth.

This is a visible leadership position with the opportunity to make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership

    • Take full ownership of regional P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting and margin improvement.
  • Revenue Growth

    • Drive sustainable revenue growth through:
      • Customer retention,
      • Pricing strategy, and
      • New business opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Lead, coach, and develop multi-site operational teams to deliver outstanding results.
    • Improve productivity, efficiency and service performance.
    • Implement operational excellence initiatives and business transformation projects.

About You

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who combines:

  • Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on, operational mindset.
  • A passion for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

✔ Experience in a Regional Director, Regional Manager, Operations Director or similar multi-site leadership role. ✔ Proven P&L management and commercial performance responsibility. ✔ A background in field-based or service-led businesses preferable. ✔ Operational transformation experience, including process improvement and systems implementation. ✔ A track record in private equity-backed organisations (high-growth environments). ✔ Strong leadership skills, including managing geographically dispersed teams. ✔ A resilient, adaptable mindset able to thrive in change.
