About The Role
You’ll lead Bolt’s Rider Operations across multiple Western Europe markets, owning the end-to-end execution of rider programs spanning:
- Airports
- Venues
- Categories
- Scheduled Rides
- B2G (Business-to-Government)
- Rider Engagement
As the regional owner of Rider Domain KPIs, you’ll:
- Translate global strategy into structured regional plans
- Surface market insights to central teams
- Drive corrective actions where markets underperform
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Performance Execution
- Drive execution of central Rider Operations programs across the region, ensuring initiatives across airports, venues, categories, scheduled rides, B2G, and rider engagement achieve defined targets with measurable impact.

Strategy Translation
- Convert global strategies into actionable, structured regional action plans, defining ownership, timelines, governance, and KPIs for scalable implementation.
KPI Ownership
- Own regional Rider Domain KPIs and OKRs, tracking metrics such as:
- GMV mix by segment
- Rider engagement and retention
- Scheduled rides penetration
- B2G pipeline performance
- Drive corrective actions when regional performance lags targets.
Stakeholder & Cross-Team Interface
- Key link between central and local teams, cascading priorities and frameworks while surfacing regulatory, demand-side, and operational insights to inform global program improvements.
Prioritisation & Governance
- Lead regional prioritisation and governance, allocating resources to highest-ROI opportunities.
- Resolve trade-offs with GMs and central teams to align with global and local objectives.
Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing
- Support uptskilling local Rider Ops teams, driving experimentation and regional playbook development while embedding successful initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
You have: ✔ 8+ years of experience in:
- Operations, program management, or category ownership
- Regional or multi-country scope with measurable business impact ✔ Strong expertise in:
- Rider operations
- Demand generation
- Category management
- Performance optimisation in marketplace environments ✔ Proven ability to:
- Execute complex programs at scale
- Translate strategy into structured action plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes ✔ Deep analytical and commercial acumen, including:
- Managing budgets and incentives
- Evaluating ROI trade-offs
- Operating performance dashboards to optimise growth and profitability
