We are looking for a Regional Education Manager - International to join our K18 team!

Position Overview

Our focus is on providing education, support problem-solving and lead by inspiration in Hair Care. We go above and beyond to provide everyone with the best possible experience when using K18 products and by making a meaningful difference in our stylist and customer communities. We seek to execute new education initiatives and lead in-the-moment conversations that help support our pro community.

As Regional Education Manager, you will support international markets across EMEA and APAC, leading the implementation of K18 education programmes. Through clear, authentic and well-organised education, you will help strengthen brand understanding, support sales growth and uphold K18’s values with both professional and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging K18 education that communicates the brand’s biotech and biomimetic philosophy clearly and confidently.
  • Implement education activities liasing with the Director of International Education, to support brand and business growth.
  • Promote and deliver K18 education programmes, including in person education, trade shows and events.
  • Facilitate K18 education training for market sales consultants, educators, store employees and salon partners across professional and retail channels.
  • Facilitate K18 Artist Program training and development programs as requested.
  • Schedule, manage and track all K18 facilitated programmes to measure success and discover growth opportunities.
  • Act as a key partner in the development and growth of international education.
  • Carry out any other tasks reasonably required to support normal business operations and aligned with the Regional Education Manager’s area of expertise.

What we are looking for:

  • A Licensed and experienced hair stylist.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience educating on haircare products.
  • Additional language skills preferred, but not mandatory; Spanish, Italian, German or French would be advantageous.
  • Able to travel, up to approximately 50% of the time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
