Master Flo Valve Co. (UK) Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Regional Engineer to work with our team in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the regional office for proposals, projects, and installed choke base
- Coordinate with Head Office Engineering team
- Ensure that drawings, work instructions and other published works are in accordance with relevant Master Flo Engineering and industry standards and HSE requirements
- Actively supports and complies with corporate programs, standards and policies, including the HSE program, the Quality program and other corporate directives
Duties Include
- Provide technical support for customer projects from quote to operational equipment
- Provide technical support to MFV Sales Team at Customer site – locally and internationally
- Support MFV Sales Team on customer projects including valve sizing, technical document review, and technical presentations
- Technical support for regional repairs and customer concerns
- Provide technical product support to internal departments and customers
- Liaise between regional office and Engineering team
- Directs the required technical personnel in the creation of technical documents to support proposals
- Dispositions of non-conformances at the regional office
- Provide technical training to internal and external sources
- Other duties as required that involve the technical aspects of Master Flo product

Qualifications
- Graduate with an Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent
- 2-4 years engineering experience
- Knowledge of choke valve function is an asset
- Eligible to practice engineering in the local region
- Eligible for overseas travel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a strong mechanical aptitude
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
