Regional Executive Chef

Regional Executive Chef – (National Contract)

Location: Norwich, Bristol, Leeds, York, Sheffield

Contract: Retail & Hospitality Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: Up to £45'000 + travel

Responsibilities

You’ll ensure high-quality standards across multiple kitchens with these key tasks:

  • Operational oversight: Manage kitchen efficiency and uphold exceptional food quality company-wide
  • Menu leadership: Plan, prepare, and present menus that meet strict standards
  • Supply chain: Organise inventory, stock rotations, and food safety
  • Team & operations: Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and training
  • Productivity & compliance: Meet financial targets while ensuring Health & Food Safety regulations
  • Continuous improvement: Stay updated on culinary trends and business opportunities

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent in high-demand kitchens
  • Cookery naast passie (Inglish side)
