The Regional Executive Role

Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with Heinemann and other key partners to shape the commercial agenda and drive sustainable growth across the GTR channel
- Manage and have P&L responsibility for a number of markets
- Take ownership of your own region and ensure customer strategies align with WG&S objectives
- Monitor account performance and oversee pricing, promotional activity, and compliance
- Contribute to commercial planning and analysis, developing data-driven insights that identify growth opportunities and optimize performance across the region
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking processes
- Analyse sales trends, promotional return on investment, and market share to guide strategic decision-making
- Act as a bridge between functions, ensuring seamless execution of global strategies at a regional level
- Provide persuasive, insight-led performance updates and strategic recommendations that directly influence the trajectory of the region
