This role combines hands-on maintenance with strategic oversight, supporting our Dublin properties and Head Office. You’ll enhance electrical maintenance standards, reduce dependencies on external contractors, and help develop on-site teams—with progression opportunities towards a regional management position.

Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple Dublin properties
  • Ensure full statutory compliance, standardising maintenance practices across sites
  • Improve response times and reduce external contractor costs via self-delivery
  • Use CAFM and BMS systems to optimise scheduling and track work
  • Train and upskill on-site maintenance teams to improve consistency
  • Collaborate with General Managers and property teams to enhance operational performance
  • Bring structure to maintenance processes, fostering accountability
  • Contribute to budget control and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements & Nice-to-Haves

Essential

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance (Ireland-based)
  • Hands-on experience in multi-site hospptiality environments
  • Qualified electrician with completed Irish apprenticeship
  • Proficient in mechanical and electrical assets (e.g., HVAC, pumps)
  • Experience with CAFM and BMS systems
  • Strong grasp of statutory compliance and maintenance standards
  • PC literacy

  • Certification in emergency lighting systems
