Regional Facilities Manager

Cygnet have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager.

Joining our team on a full-time, 40 hours per week basis, you will oversee the facilities team within the North West region.

Cygnet have been providing a national network of specialist mental health services for more than 30 years.

Your day-to-day…

  • Ensure the smooth running of Cygnet Health Care facilities
  • Share issues with the leadership team, evaluating risks according to policy & procedures
  • Ensure the safety of the service users in our care
  • Provide & ensure high professional standards of communication
  • Maintain good relations with contractors & all trade personnel & inspectors
  • Work closely with upper management.

You Are

  • Experienced in managing healthcare facilities
  • Understand responsibility to statutory & non-statutory organisations
  • Know how to keep yourself up-to-date with all procedures & policy changes
  • Can remain vigilant & protect service users in our care, including incident investigation
  • Are able to lead teams, problem-solve effectively & carry out the appraisal process
  • Use an appropriate level of confidentiality.
