Regional Facilities Manager - London
Cobalt are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading property brands for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 10-14 commercial properties across London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation renowned for investing in its people, promoting from within and providing genuine long-term career development.
You'll have full operational responsibility for your portfolio, ensuring buildings are compliant, commercially managed and delivering an exceptional experience for occupiers.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of 10-14 commercial properties across London.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee FM service partners, ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Manage service charge budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure all buildings remain fully compliant with statutory legislation.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and added value.
- Support projects, refurbishments and asset enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal property management and surveying teams.

About You
- Previous experience managing multiple commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of FM best practice, compliance and building operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets.
- Confident working autonomously across a regional portfolio.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable.
