The Company

Student Castle is one of the UK’s leading student accommodation providers, delivering exceptional living experiences through high-quality residences, outstanding customer service and a commitment to operational excellence. We are passionate about creating safe, sustainable and well-maintained environments where our students and teams can thrive. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to support our portfolio across the South-West region.

The Role

As Regional Facilities Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic oversight of facilities management, health & safety, compliance and maintenance operations across a portfolio of student accommodation schemes. Working closely with local site teams, you will ensure the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance programmes, contractor management and capital improvement projects. You will be responsible for driving high standards of building performance, supporting lifecycle planning, managing supplier relationships, delivering health & safety audits, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring all properties remain safe, compliant and operationally efficient. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring regular travel across the region and close collaboration with both operational and senior leadership teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
