The Company

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to support our portfolio across the South-West region.
The Role
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic oversight of facilities management, health & safety, compliance and maintenance operations across a portfolio of student accommodation schemes. Working closely with local site teams, you will ensure the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance programmes, contractor management and capital improvement projects. You will be responsible for driving high standards of building performance, supporting lifecycle planning, managing supplier relationships, delivering health & safety audits, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring all properties remain safe, compliant and operationally efficient. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring regular travel across the region and close collaboration with both operational and senior leadership teams.

The Person
We are looking for a motivated and professional facilities management specialist with experience in a multi-site environment and a passion for safety, compliance and continuous improvement. You will have a strong understanding of building services, contractor management, planned maintenance and health & safety management systems, alongside the ability to coach and support operational teams.

You will hold a NEBOSH qualification, possess knowledge of current legislation and industry best practice, and have experience carrying out audits and building condition assessments. Experience within Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) would be advantageous with specific alignment with high rise buildings. Above all, you will be a self-driven individual with excellent organisational skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to creating safe and high-performing environments. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Candidates based in the South West of England would be of particular interest but other locations will be considered.
