Regional Facilities Manager

Regional Workplace Experience Manager

Contract: Professional Services, Production & Technology Location: North West up to Central Scotland Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Regional Workplace Experience Manager to oversee and enhance the workplace experience across a portfolio of seven smaller satellite sites. The role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality workplace services within environments that provide core facilities such as small kitchenettes and limited food provision.


About the Role

We are looking for an autonomous and highly organised individual who can manage a regional remit across the North West. This role plays a key part in aligning day-to-day operations with the client’s vision and ISS standards, while offering potential opportunities for progression within ISS and its wider network.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across multiple sites to deliver high service standards.
  • Help mobilise a number of new offices.
  • Oversee delivery of workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, in line with SLA’s and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, address issues, and engage with on-site teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining strong and effective working relationships.
  • Manage operational escalations and implement effective, timely solutions.
  • Partner with clients to understand evolving needs and adapt workplace services accordingly.
  • Champion health, safety, and ESG compliance, including sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction and energy efficiency. -Manage regional budgets, supplier agreements, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple sites.
  • Strong leadership and people management capability, with experience developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using workplace management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements and sustainability practices.
  • Demonstrable budget management and financial analysis experience.
  • Full UK driving licence required (car/car allowance provided).
