Senior Regional Facilities Manager
Leeds or Manchester | Regional remit | FTSE 250 company
This is not a role built around chasing PPM schedules. It is about knowing what the property portfolio needs next.
Boden Group is partnering with a fast-growing, people-focused FTSE 250 company to appoint a Senior Regional Facilities Manager for a prominent multi-site portfolio spanning the North, Midlands, Scotland and Ireland.
Supporting approximately 1,500 colleagues, you will lead a client-side workplace team of six and act as the trusted property and workplace partner to senior leaders across the region.
An established TFM model is already in place, while health and safety and security are supported by dedicated specialists. Your focus will therefore sit at a more senior level: understanding lease events, managing rent reviews and break options, assessing new property requirements, overseeing workplace projects and ensuring the outsourced model delivers the right commercial and operational outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- You will understand leases, landlord and tenant relationships, property transactions and outsourced FM delivery, while bringing the confidence to influence commercially minded stakeholders who expect high standards from their workplaces.
- You will also be a credible people leader who can support an established team, bring structure to a growing portfolio and recognise where the business needs to act before a lease event, capacity issue or operational challenge becomes urgent.
The company is expanding quickly, so neither the property portfolio nor this opportunity will stand still. It is an ideal move for someone looking for visibility, autonomy and genuine scope to progress.
