Would you like to be part of an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees? We’re growing fast and looking for a driven and passionate Regional Field Sales Executive to join our field sales team covering Perth and Scotland.

As a Regional Field Sales Executive, you’ll:
- Lead sales across Retail (Independent, Convenience, Multiples), Key Accounts, and Wholesale
- Partner with retailers and wholesalers to drive market growth, distribution, and visibility of Imperial brands
- Identify merchandising opportunities and new business prospects by understanding category insights and shopper behaviour
- Achieve sales, market share, and target-driven goals

This is a field-based role, requiring intercity travel across Scotland. Ideal candidates would live between Blairgowrie and Aberdeen, though exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. All candidates must hold a valid full driving licence.

Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
- Drive revenue and grow market share in Independent Retail, Convenience Stores, Key Accounts, Multiples, and Wholesale
- Build strong partnerships by fostering personal relationships with buyers and stakeholders, ensuring long-term loyalty
- Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and shelf presence targets in your territory
- Identify merchandising opportunities for optimal product visibility and space allocation
- Explore new business and expansion opportunities using category expertise and shopper insights
- Implement and maximise the value of trade promotions and incentives
Requirements
You’ll bring:
- Previous or current experience in Face-to-Face Sales within the FMCG sector
- Expertise in selling products/services to retailers and building rapid rapport
- The ability to set and exceed self-driven targets
- Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and team collaboration
- A proactive, time-management mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
