Regional Final Mile Partnership Manager – Bolton Delivery Units!
As an Regional Final Mile Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Evri’s Final Mile operation, acting as the lead negotiator for key contractor accounts and a driving force behind quality, cost control, compliance, and loss prevention.
You’ll work closely with regional teams, operational leaders, and external partners to secure the network, onboard and develop contractors, lead investigations, and deliver strategic initiatives that reduce risk, improve service, and drive cultural change across the operation. This is a highly visible role where your decisions directly impact performance, partnerships, and customer trust.

Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and management of key contractor accounts to meet cost, service, and quality objectives
- Oversee onboarding, vetting, and compliance of new and existing Final Mile partners
- Drive improvements in quality, cost per unit, and loss reduction through data-led insights
- Act as the lead for complex investigations including fraud, losses, and risk management cases
- Influence and collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives
- Monitor performance, analyse trends, and implement improvement plans across the network

- Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
- Proven experience in contractor, partnership, or performance management within logistics or operations
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience delivering transformational change and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence using data and reporting tools
- Strong leadership, ethical judgement, and the ability to challenge constructively
