Job Description: ISP Regional Finance Systems Specialist
Role Profile
Purpose of Role
Leading system implementation, effective operation of our core financial system, Oracle NetSuite, support integration process to cross-functional teams. This role will be working across the group and closely with the regional finance system team for the timely rollout of the system into the newly acquired schools. This role will be reporting to the group head of the financial system.
Key Responsibilities
Finance System Implementation
- Lead implementation of financial platforms, with ISP operating model and group policy, specific country gaps and requirements and scoping documentation, specific school configurations, walk-through, UAT, user training, data migration, advance features, add-on implementation including localisation, tax compliance, document management, payment service, etc.
- Responsible for issue and resolution tracker.
Post System Administration and Maintenance
- Administration user permission and access, BAU support and phase 2 rollouts.
- Monitor system performance, carry functional troubleshooting on processes, technical troubleshooting on workflows, and scripts debugging.
- Maintain regular maintenance, upgrades, and testing of core system, localisation, and 3rd party products.
- Identify improvements to ISP operating model and contribute to regional and group roadmap.
Integration
- Work across teams to design, test, and train on ISP platforms and integrations mainly on MIS system, payment service provider, banking suiteapp, tax compliance suiteapp, and others.
- Monitor data integrity between systems, error handling, integration troubleshooting.
- Create technical specifications for API request and response, where applicable develop or support APIs connection.
Portlet Customisation
- Develop standard set of advanced reports, dashboards, and publish in standard navigation portlet.
- Create standard set of advanced saved searches, records, and transaction types usage and process in navigation portlet.
Customisation
- Develop and implement Suiteflow and Suitescripts, and ability to develop or support SuiteTalk Webservices.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI-assisted tools into system processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Perform end-to-end testing, document steps and process, user guides, and deployment.
Project Management
- Responsible for onboarding, student lifecycle management platforms, localisation, and tax compliance, finance system enhancement, and add-on projects.
- Participate in other financial-related projects including MIS fees billing, payment service provider, banking, CRM, MDM, and others.
- Cross-functional teams' collaborations and delivery management, steerco reporting.
- Ensure projects are completed on time as per targeted go-live.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Related finance and technology qualifications.
- Experienced with Oracle NetSuite implementation and administration.
- Familiar with advanced revenue management, multi-book, multi-currency, and multi-subsidiary structure, financial standards, and tax compliance.
- Experienced with SaaS VAT/WHT reporting, electronic documents, and digital statutory financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in performing technical tasks including troubleshooting, requirement analysis and design specification, system customisation, integration solutions, performance improvements.
- Experienced with integrated finance system with 3rd party applications and APIs.
- Proficient with AI tools with hands-on experience applying generative AI and automation tools.
- Ability to work cross-functional teams and experienced in stakeholder management.
- Proficient in a second language, preferably Spanish or local language.
