Regional General Manager
Birmingham | £90,000 + Car + Bonus
Are you a proven operational leader who thrives on driving performance, developing teams and delivering results?
We're recruiting for a confidential Regional General Manager opportunity with a large, service-led business operating across multiple locations within the Midlands region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader to take ownership of a portfolio of significant operational sites, driving performance, safety, customer service and financial results while leading a high-performing management team.

The Opportunity
As Regional General Manager, you'll have responsibility for a group of operational locations, leading site-based management teams to deliver exceptional operational and commercial performance.
You'll play a key role in shaping regional strategy, improving efficiency, driving engagement and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing multi-site operational teams
- Driving regional performance against financial and operational targets
- Managing budgets and delivering strong commercial outcomes
- Creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensuring operational compliance and industry best practice
- Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and profitability
- Supporting business growth through strong operational leadership

About You
We're interested in speaking with leaders from sectors including:
- Transport & Logistics
- Waste & Recycling
- Distribution
- Supply Chain
- Industrial Services
- Facilities Management
- Other operationally intensive environments
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience leading multiple operational sites through site, depot or branch managers
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- A track record of improving operational performance
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- A passion for building high-performing teams
- A valid CPC qualification (essential)
