Regional Head of Rental and Sales - Modular Buildings

Location: North

Package: Industry Leading Salary, Strong Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension, Health Insurance

A Regional Head of Rental and Sales - Modular Buildings is required by our client to work across the whole of the North.

They are a well-established, market leader within the Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction sector, are instantly recognisable within this field and are well known for having a high-quality product range. They also feel it is an exciting time to join the organisation as the company continues to prosper and grow.

They are looking for applicants with proven Rental or Sales experience in Modular Buildings, alternatively they will look at candidates who have experience of selling to the DFE, Main Contractors, NHS Trusts or someone who knows about Public Procurement and Frameworks or someone who can Sell a Solution. They may also consider candidates who have experience of selling other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods or you will have strong experience in Main Contracting / Traditional Build to work across the North.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Head of Rental and Sales - Modular Buildings, you will be responsible for sales and rental of the company's high-quality buildings and products. You will also have responsibilities for a business development co-ordinator who will assist you in making appointments and investigating initial enquiries etc.

You will be measured on level of enquiries generated, the enquiry response time, development of repeat clients and accounts, overall customer satisfaction, business secured, EBITDA achieved as well as securing rental periods of 12 months and more.

Requirements

You will possess a Proven Track Record of Rental or Sales within the Modular Buildings industry, alternatively you will have experience of selling to the DFE, Main Contractors, NHS Trusts or you will know about Public Procurement and Frameworks or you will be someone who can sell a Solution. Failing that, you will have experience of selling other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods or you will have strong experience in Main Contracting / Traditional Build to work across the North.
