Regional Head of SHEQ
Leeds
Circa £78,000
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of SHEQ to join a leading design and build provider supporting the Severn Trent Water framework in the East Midlands. This pivotal role involves shaping SHEQ strategy, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a safety-driven culture across the region. You'll lead a team, influence stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while promoting innovation and best practices.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the delivery, review, and monitoring of SHEQ strategies and action plans across the regional projects.
- Promote a safety-first culture, embodying company values and behaviours on-site and in the community.
- Support assurance activities, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring SHEQ is integral to all processes.

You will have:
- Proven experience managing SHEQ teams in construction or utilities environments.
- Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) and relevant NEBOSH qualifications.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills, with a thorough understanding of SHE legislation and standards.
