Regional Health & Safety Manager
Location: East London
Salary: £60,000 + Car + benefits
We're working with a leading business to appoint a Regional Health & Safety Manager to oversee HSE performance across multiple high-risk operational sites across East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional looking to take ownership of a regional portfolio, driving safety culture, supporting operational teams and influencing continuous improvement across a well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Health & Safety Manager:
- Leading Health & Safety across multiple industrial operational sites
- Driving a positive safety culture through visible leadership and coaching
- Supporting incident investigations, audits and regulatory inspections
- Working closely with site leadership teams to improve HSE performance
- Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, environmental requirements and company procedures
- Implementing consistent HSE systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives

The successful Regional Health & Safety Manager will have:
- Previous experience managing Health & Safety across multiple sites
- Must have a background in waste, recycling, industrial, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and environmental compliance
- NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum, with the NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
- The ability to influence, coach and build strong relationships with operational teams
