Salary: £27,024 to £31,185 per annum
Location: Birmingham, Lombard House
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract - until August 2027
About the Role
We're recruiting for a Regional Housing Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team. You'll be required to:
- Liaise with external contractors on a regular basis
- Raise purchase orders and pay invoices whilst keeping good records on various systems
- Manage our admin inbox and CRM dashboards on a rota basis
- Support the Home Moves team with indexing sign up documents and sending out tenancy agreements to residents
- Complete CORE forms onto the government website

Requirements
You'll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You'll be able to:
- Write clear, accurate and concise records
- Often analyse data from a variety of sources
- Prioritise your busy workload as required

This is a hybrid role based in our Birmingham office, requiring you to work in the office occasionally, these specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
