Are you a proactive and driven HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? My client is looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join their high performing team, to play a pivotal role in delivering a consistent, high-quality HR service across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the broader HR team, supporting managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle while contributing to key HR initiatives.
As HR Advisor, you will provide professional HR support and guidance, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented effectively and consistently. You will play a key role in employee onboarding, performance management, absence management, and HR data analysis.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys variety, and takes ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of HR matters
- Lead onboarding processes and support employee development initiatives
- Manage probation processes, including mid-probation reviews and follow-ups
- Act as custodian of short-term and long-term absence management processes
- Support performance management and employee development planning
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with Data Protection requirements
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies
- Support and deliver HR projects and initiatives
- Process high volumes of confidential HR data accurately and within deadlines

The successful candidate for this role will be experienced at the Advisor level with excellent communication skills as well as being proactive, forward thinking and solutions-focused.
Please note this is a hybrid role – there will be the opportunity to work from home along with travel to sites in the North and Midlands.
