Regional HR Advisor – Proactive HR Support Role
About the Role Are you a proactive and driven HR professional looking to take the next step in your career?
Our client is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join their high-performance team, playing a pivotal role in delivering a consistent, high-quality HR service across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to:

- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers on a broad range of matters
- Leading onboarding processes and supporting employee development initiatives
- Managing probation periods, including mid-probation reviews and follow-ups
- Overseeing short- and long-term absence management systems
- Assisting with performance management, coaching, and talent development planning
- Analysing HR data to generate insights for strategic decision-making
- Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with Data Protection requirements
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies
- Delivering HR projects and initiatives while processing high volumes of confidential data accurately and on time

Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will:
- Have Advisor-level HR experience, with a proven track record
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be a proactive, solutions-focused thinker who brings forward-thinking strategies to the role
Working Arrangements This is a hybrid-role, offering flexibility:
- Work-from-home option alongside travel to North and Midlands sites
