Forward Role are partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Regional HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you’ll play a key role in handling complex people matters and supporting managers across the organisation.
The Role
As part of a collaborative HR team, you’ll take ownership of a varied ER caseload, including absence, conduct, capability, and investigations. You’ll:

- Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers at all levels
- Lead and support hearings, appeals, investigations, and suspensions
- Ensure all cases align with UK employment law, policy, and best practice
- Coach and guide managers to build confidence and consistency in people management
- Produce clear, high-quality HR documentation and reports
- Work to tight SLAs in a high-volume environment
About You
- Proven experience managing end-to-end ER cases
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Full UK Driving licence
