Regional People Partner
Belfast Regional Role | Multisite Travel Required
Must hold a valid driving licence and be comfortable travelling across the region.
Sanderson are supporting the appointment of a Regional People Partner to work alongside senior operational leadership across multiple sites. A highly visible role where you will influence business performance through people strategy, leadership coaching, talent development and organisational change. This is an opportunity to partner with senior leaders, shape workforce strategy and deliver people solutions that directly impact operational performance.
Role Summary
As Regional People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping to drive business outcomes through the delivery of strategic people plans and initiatives. You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or People Partner who has operated in a large, complex and commercially driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and delivering regional people plans aligned to business priorities
- Coaching and challenging senior operational leaders to drive performance
- Leading and embedding large-scale change initiatives
- Supporting organisational design and workforce planning activity
- Driving engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives
- Facilitating talent, succession and leadership development discussions
- Using people and business data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes
- Partnering with specialist HR teams to deliver consistent, high-impact solutions
- Support and develop your 2 person team (BP & L+D)
Skills & Experience

- Proven HR Business Partner or People Partner experience
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operational leadership teams
- Strong coaching, challenge and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrable experience delivering change and transformation programmes
- Talent and succession planning expertise
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Data-led decision-making capability with the ability to translate insight into action
- CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Experience supporting regional, field-based or multi-site operations would be highly advantageous.
