Job Location: National - Manchester/Leeds/Sheffield ideal locations

About The Role

Responsible for the delivery of operational, commercial and service excellence across a defined set of contracts. From contract award, placing Rubix in the best position to succeed, working in collaboration with the new business, operational excellence and implementation teams. Responsible for ensuring each InSite is operating to the Rubix standard and audited through the relevant procedures. Such commitment to be evidenced through site visits, customer meetings and regional level discussions Responsible for delivering the Auditing Action Plan for each InSite Location (as created by the Operational Excellence Lead) and sharing monthly updates with the customer as part of the Monthly Service Review Responsible for InSite Stakeholder management through KPI attendance, regular Customer interactions and Auditing Pulse Survey Completion Responsible for driving regionally lead Employee Engagement messages and initiatives Commercial responsibility for the budget, leadership of Workstream Initiatives to support revenue generation, identification and delivery of commercial betterment (SOW, margin enhancement) Primary point of contact for issue escalation outside of InSite Risk prevention management via oversight of team and contract performance Supporting contract renegotiations and demonstrating continuous improvement to support the Rubix partnership A positive role model for, and leader of their team, ensuring that reporting team members have clearly defined roles and objectives, are fully trained in the supporting resources required to fulfil their role and are motivated to achieve the required standards of performance.
